All prices quoted on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP). 


Most products are carried in stock and can be dispatched quickly 2 -3 days. However bespoke and custom made Items will take longer to be ready for dispatch - At the time your order is confirmed we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. We will always try to keep you informed of the progress of your order and of any changes to the wait for delivery. 


We aim to dispatch all standard stock items to you within 2-3 working days - during busy periods this may take a little longer, please try to be patient as your beautiful hand crafted item will be worth the wait!


All items will be sent by either first class post or with a courier - the delivery service used will depend on the order value.


To place an order find the item you want to buy, add it to your cart and pay for it. As soon as payment has been received we will begin to process your order. If you are selecting a bespoke option you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm the order details.


We use PayPal & Stripe to process our transactions. They're reliable, secure and you don't need an account in order to use the service.


If you want to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. It may be that your order will already have been dispatched and we are unable to recall it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. The only opportunity we have to cancel is when waiting for product that is out of stock. Cancellation requests must be sent via our contact page quoting your order reference. Please note if you would like to cancel a workshop booking a minimum of 4 weeks notice will be required. We are unable to refund workshop payments but will offer you suitable alternative dates or arrangements for your booking.


All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition.
We will only replace items that are defective or sent in error. This is subject to you informing us of the problem and returning the item to us within ten days of receipt of the parcel and providing a description of the damage or defect. Please always contact us before returning items and report faulty items via our contact page.
